Plates for Orphans
Plan a Party, Save a Life
Celebrate the lives you’ll save by hosting a Party for Orphans.
Like to entertain? Now you have an occasion. With Parties for Orphans, you can raise money for Roses and Rosemary by throwing a dinner party, a cocktail party, or just a small get-together. Invite two friends or two-hundred friends, encourage your guests to donate to save an orphan with HIV/AIDS, and you’ve just organized your own fund-raising event! Sign up by sending us an email to plates@rosesandrosemary.org, and we’ll send you a fund-raising kit, complete with place-cards, thank-you notes, and brochures about our cause to hand out to your guests.

Print personalized place-cards for the dinner table – template
Need a template to print on the place-cards we sent you in the fund-raising kit?
This Microsoft Word File can be used to make customized place cards.
User Instructions
- Download the “Place Name” card template using this link:Place Cards Template
- Save file to your computer
- Open file in Microsoft word
- Edit the text-boxes with your guests' names (see example image below)
- Save the file with your changes
- To print on the place cards, it is important to insert the place-cards correctly into your printer.
- It is recommended that you print a test version on normal paper first. (We have sent you one extra sheet just in case!)
- The majority of printers will require you to place the place-cards face up with the top edge inserted first.
- Once the place-cards are printed, allow the ink to dry, and then fold the cards into "tents", using the perforated edges.
- Place on the dinner table to welcome your guests.
- Repeat until you have enough place-cards
