The simple fact is that without help from our world, the children in this world will die. They’ll die either because they’re orphans or because they’re orphans with HIV. But with your help they can live and become productive citizens of their world.

It takes about $50 a month to provide support to a child who is an orphan with HIV. You can make a one-time donation in any amount, and that will help. But the best thing you can do for these children, if you can afford to do it, is to set up a recurring monthly donation. Any amount is fine, but your $50 a month will assure that one child lives to become a productive adult in the community and has a chance at a normal life.
