Our Support
|
Roses and Rosemary supports the Touching Tiny Lives model is an Outreach Program that focuses on support for vulnerable children in their homes by providing nutritional, medical, and educational support. This unique practice allows children to remain in the care of extended family members, which reinforces the family bond and prevents the establishment of permanent care facilities (i.e. orphanages). A complementary program provides guidance to pregnant mothers in the prevention of HIV infection to newborn infants. We also support a Safe Home where only the sickest of children find refuge. At the Safe Home children are stabilized medically and are eventually rehabilitated. |
