Cotlands is an organization offering shelter for abused, abandoned, HIV-positive, orphaned and terminally ill children from birth to twelve years of age, as well as community based services to vulnerable children in six provinces of South Africa. |

Roses & Rosemary Supports the Cotlands Home Based Care project, to provide quality care and support to children living with HIV/AIDS from birth to 12 years of age, as well as their families, through a holistic trans-disciplinary team approach. Directs home based services provided include psychosocial intervention, health care, education and sustainability. |
